Have a Return?

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements. You must notify Niqi B at hello@niqib.com before attempting a return, an unsolicited returns will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. Initial shipping costs will be subtracted from refund total. Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility.

If your package arrives at Niqi B within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Niqi B.

Important to Know

• Returned merchandise must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed in any manner. Merchandise must have all tags attached or you refund will be forfeited. 

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. 

• All purchases of sales items are final. No returns will be honored for sale items.

Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number. Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.
